Pretty Family

Wow, has it really been that long since I blogged? I seriously need to catch up! I really have been shooting, despite the quiet here, so be looking for several new posts to pop up this week.

First let me introduce you to one of the prettiest families around, who also happen to be very good friends of mine. We had a fun session on a gorgeous afternoon back in May (see how behind I am?) and here are just a few of my faves.

Pretty Sisters in the Sunshine

I met these sweet sisters at the garden last week on a gorgeous sunny morning. They looked so cute in their light pretty dresses and even though it was a bit chilly, we had a great time walking around and exploring. Thank you J & G, for being such sweeties and smiling so pretty for me!

Look at her grow!

I got together with Baby Ava and family again last week and wow, is she growing up fast! I just love these shots of her, it looks like we're in the middle of the forest (it was actually the Botanic Gardens) and you wouldn't know there were crazy landscaping people trying to blow us away with leaf blowers, would you? Yeah, they were. Good times, I tell ya. I just hope Ava and Tolar didn't suffer any hearing loss from the experience. :)

Another gorgeous family

Do I have some pretty clients or what?!?! Oh, sorry boys, I meant handsome, not pretty. Check out this beautiful family, we braved a GAZILLION mosquitoes for this shoot (and I'm really not being dramatic, there were swarms of them!), but managed to have fun despite nearly being carried away. Trick or Treat!

Check out the adorable characters that visited me this week. Their Pinocchio and Little Red Riding Hood costumes were almost as cute as they are. And you gotta love Miss Ava's Halloween bow, it was almost as big as her head! Thanks Tiffany, for letting me shoot your little cuties once again. I'm already looking forward to next month!

Gorgeous Family

Remember my sweet friends from here? Well, meet their sweet (and beautiful) neighbors. This shoot was almost too easy, the kids smiled on cue and everyone did exactly what I asked when I asked it. Even the dog cooperated pretty well and look how beautifully he matches his family! :)

The Adorable H's

Check out these two gorgeous siblings, are they precious or what? Their outfits were just to die for, especially little H's sock monkey suit! I had such a nice time visiting with their mom and Loli (hope I spelled that right!) and can't wait to see them again for some family pictures with mom and dad. Here are just a few of my faves from our session.

A&W

No, not the root beer, the kids! Are these two not just the cutest siblings ever? I met their mom through the Down Syndrome Partnership way back when our babies were tiny and we've been friends ever since. They live in a gorgeous neighborhood and we explored quite a bit of it on our little photo walk. I learned all about the time they were invaded by caterpillars and got to see the biggest pile of duck poop ever! Thanks, A&W, for being such awesome models, I hope you're enjoying the new toys you earned for being so good. :)

Hidden Gem

Jack and I ventured out last week and found some cool new shooting spots. This is an alley way behind a couple of restaurants. Funny how I would have never even given this place a 2nd glance before I got into photography. I really do see the world differently now.

Isn't this a fun story board? Pretty cute model too, if I do say so myself. :)

Fun with Family Friends

Last weekend I met my good friends of many years for a fun sunset photo shoot out at their place. They were so tolerant of all my craziness and I had a blast rolling around (and dodging ants) to get these shots. I hope you enjoy the sneak peek, Michelle, I just love your beautiful little family!
